Question: Why should I get a FREE report first?
Answer: Due to California Prop. 13, your property assessment may already be significantly below market value if you've owned your home for a few years. Our initial free report ensures that our services are truly necessary for you before you decide to proceed.
Question: What does the FREE report include?
Answer: Our free report provides an initial analysis of your home's value, offering a preliminary price estimate. Please note that this free version utilizes basic modeling, which may not capture all nuances and could result in some inaccuracies.
Question: What does your paid service include?
Answer: The Reassess Me Standard service provides a thorough analysis of your property's value, complete with a detailed price estimate and explanation of our methodologies.
For select properties only, our Reassess Me Pro service offers everything in Standard, a draft cover letter, and a full refund guarantee if results do not meet expectations.
We also offer Reassess Me All-Inclusive service for certain properties. We will analyze your property and file review request for you, at no upfront cost! If the contest goes through and you
saves tax money, we will bill you a portion of your savings. No savings? No cost!
Please read our Terms of Service for more details.
